Don Rhodes

Career Highlights
Mr. Rhodes is responsible for management of our investments related to the golf industry. He directs the asset management efforts of each investment and develops key relationships with our tenants within the golf sector. He brings to CNL more than 16 years experience in the golf industry, with a unique blend of experience in the finance, acquisitions and operations of golf courses and clubs. Additionally, he has substantial real estate investment experience in office, retail and lodging properties as well as in niche areas such as marinas and bowling. Prior to joining CNL, Mr. Rhodes was president of his own consulting firm, Atlantic-Pacific Golf, which focused on financial and operating solutions for the needs of golf courses and golf real estate developments. Prior to Atlantic-Pacific, Mr. Rhodes held various senior management positions throughout his career with the following organizations: Meadowbrook Golf Group, Heritage Golf Group, Arnold Palmer Golf Management, the Golf Course Finance group at Textron Financial, the Golf & Recreational Finance group at Bank of America and Presidio Golf Trust, a golf course REIT sponsored by Arnold Palmer Management, Smith Barney and Paine Webber.
