Quinlan Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer CNL Lifestyle Company, LLC Career Highlights Ms. Quinlan oversees the company's accounting and financial reporting process, legal and regulatory compliance functions, cash management, equity and debt financing, forecasting and budgeting, transaction structuring and due diligence. She also served as CNL Hospitality Corp.'s senior vice president of corporate finance and treasury from 1999 to 2004. Prior to joining CNL, Ms. Quinlan was a senior manager for KPMG LLP, performing services for a variety of clients in the real estate, hospitality and financial services industries. She assisted several clients through their initial public offerings, secondary offerings, securitizations and complex business and accounting issues.
